20. Get Further Help

TIS-Web offers a context-sensitive Help for the open editing window. If there is no help topic available for an

editing window, the first page of the Help will be displayed. From there you can

Use the links to switch to a related topic, e.g. Download.

Switch to the Contents tab.

On the Contents page you can select and display any topic.

Switch to the Index tab.

Enter a term to search the index, select and display a topic.

Switch to the Search tab.

Enter any keyword to search the Help, select and display a topic.

Context sensitive help can be accessed from most pages by clicking the Help .1. link at the top of most pages.

Tip !

Use the Favorites tab to create your own Help that includes topics that you want to explore further at a later

date.

As well as topics on the individual TIS-Web pages, windows and dialogue boxes, you will also find a Glossary

with explanations of specialist terms and abbreviations.

You can adjust the position and size of the Help window to your requirements. Both settings are saved until you

finish working with TIS-Web.

Important

The program interface elements and TIS-Web functions are described in this Help, regardless of whether they

are available for your user level or not.

Should the on-line help not be sufficient to guide you further information is available on the main page of the

web site and contact details for our help desk are also available.
