12. Running Reports

12.1 Driver Reports

Use this module to create driver-based reports, e.g. activity summaries or infringement reports. The tachograph

data available for the selected period is analysed, i.e. data imported via driver cards and data captured from

tachograph charts.

Proceed as follows to create a report:

On the Reports tab .1. click on [Driver Reports] .2..

The page where you can select the report settings is displayed.

Select the Report Period .3. and Site or report group .4..

The Select Drivers group box shows all the drivers that work at the selected site in the report period.

Under Select Report, select the report .5. you wish to create.

Note a sample of each report is displayed on the page as it is selected.

Under Select Drivers, select the driver .6. or drivers for whom the report is to be created. You may use the

select all box or tick just the drivers that you need to generate a report for.

Click on [Generate] .7. to view or print the report and/or export it for saving.

Click on [CSV] .8. to generate a data file in CSV format from the selected report content (Note : Not all reports

support CSV data exports)

Click on [Schedule] .9.to schedule the selected report to be run automatically and delivered as a PDF

document at set intervals. (Note : Not all reports can be scheduled)
