12.2 Vehicle Reports

Use this module to create vehicle-based reports, e.g. activity summaries or missing mileage reports. The

tachograph data available for the selected period is analysed, i.e. data imported via driver cards and data

captured from tachograph charts.

Proceed as follows to create a report:

On the Reports .1. tab, click on [Vehicle Reports] .2..

The page where you can select the report settings is displayed.

Select the required Report Period .3. and Site or report group .4..

The Select Vehicles group box shows all the vehicles assigned to the selected site in the report period.

Under Select Report, select the report .5. you wish to create.

Note a sample of each report is displayed on the page as it is selected.

Under Select Vehicles, select the vehicle or vehicles .6. for which the report is to be created. You may select

all or just tick as many of the individual vehicles that you are interested in.

Click on [Generate] .7. to view or print the report and/or export it for saving. The report is created.

Click on [CSV] .8. to generate a data file in CSV format from the selected report content (Note : not all reports

support CSV data exports)

Click on [Schedule] .9.to schedule the selected report to be run automatically and delivered as a PDF

document at set intervals. (Note : Not all reports can be scheduled)
