Driver's surname.

Forename

Mandatory

Driver's first name.

Start Date

Mandatory

Date the driver started working for the company.

To be selected by clicking on the Calendar button. The date format corresponds to the operating

system settings. All tachograph data from before this date will not be included.

Finish Date

Mandatory

Date the driver left the company.

The leaving date can only be entered if the No Finish Date check box is not selected. To be

selected by clicking on the Calendar button. All tachograph data after this date will not be

included.

No Finish Date

Indicates whether or not the leaving date should be entered.

If the check box is selected, the leaving date cannot be entered.

Birth date

Driver's date of birth.

The driver's date of birth can only be entered if the No Birth Date check box is not selected.

No Birth Date

Indicates whether or not the date of birth should be entered.

If this check box is selected, no date of birth can be entered.

Age

Driver's age.

TIS-Web automatically calculates the driver's age based on the birth date. If no birth date is

entered, no age will be shown.

Site

Mandatory

Site to which the driver is assigned.

Each driver can only ever be assigned to one site.

Preferred

Language

Preferred language for communicating with the driver.
