Under Select date range .1., select the period for which the files are to be restored.
All files containing data from the selected period will be restored.
Under Selected Drivers .2., select either specific drivers or all drivers for whom you want to restore the files
using the „>‟ or „>>‟ buttons. .
Select the folder .3. in which you want to save the restored files. You can specify any folder, or use the default
folder defined in Settings > General.
Under Clean archive .4., you can specify whether or not the restored files are to be deleted.
The archived data will now be removed from the database and saved in the given target folder (original files).
Important
Only delete files from the archive if you are sure that you no longer need them - or re-archive them.
Click on [OK] .5. to restore the original files to the selected folder.
The files will be restored with their original file names and file date. A progress bar shows you the status of the
data transfer.
When the files have been successfully restored, the Driver Card Retrieval Report will be displayed.
To retrieve archived data for vehicles repeat this section but replace all references to Driver selection
with Vehicle selection.
