14. Archiving data

14.1 Check Archived data (Vehicles and Drivers)

Only data from digital tachographs is saved in the vehicle and driver archive. In accordance with EU archiving

regulations the original data must be kept unchanged and if necessary issued and or displayed (evaluated) as

an exact copy.

Click on Archive Management > Legal Archive > Vehicles to display overviews and details of archived

vehicle mass memory data. You can restore this data for inspections and/or issue it as a report.

Proceed as follows to check a vehicles's archived data:

On the Archive Management .1. tab, click on Legal Archive .2. > Vehicles .3..

The list of vehicles for the selected site is displayed

Select a different Site .4. if necessary. The list is updated.

Select the desired vehicle .5.. The Year Overview for that vehicle is displayed.

All days for which data has been archived are colour-highlighted:

Archiving successful and digital signature is correct.

The digital signature is incorrect. Archive data missing

The archived data does not contain any

activities

Day on which download took place:

driver card (only in the Driver Overview) or mass

memory (only in the Vehicle Overview)
