Proceed as follows to enter the details of the chart centre field:

Select the Site .1. that the driver normally operates from. The lists of drivers and vehicles will be populated by

those based at the selected site.

Select a driver from the Driver list .2..

Or click on [+] to create a new driver.

Enter the start .3. and destination .4. locations (From, To).

Enter the chart start date .5..

The date can either be entered by keyboard or selected via the calendar.

Select a vehicle from the Vehicle list .6..

Or click on [+] to create a new vehicle.

Enter the final .7. and initial .8. odometer readings.

The total distance will be calculated automatically.

Enter - where applicable - the information about ferry/train connections used.

Click on [Next] .9. to display the dialogue box for entering activities using the reader;
