When importing DTCO data, unknown drivers and vehicles are
created by default and assigned to the site selected here.
The assignment can be modified in the master data at any time.
Automatically
adjust clock for
daylight saving
changes
Time will be adapted automatically.
Thus, tachograph data uploaded from the Downloadkey can be
compared easily with data recorded on tachograph charts.
Archived data will not be affected by this.
Data Retention
Period
Intermediate file storage (IFS) in days for the files below:
VU: vehicle units
DC: driver cards
SV File: Siemens VDO specific data.
Important
TIS-Office Service first checks the IFS folder when starting the program and
then every 30 seconds. The file dates are checked at program start.
Depending on the set period, older files are deleted automatically.
Group box: Database
Number of
Storage Months
Number of months during which the database cannot be
compressed. The period starts from the date of the most recent
chart.
If, for example, the latest data record is dated 15.08., data can only
be compressed until 14.05.
Remind after The number of days (from the current date) when the user will be
reminded to back up the database.
A period between 0 and 60 days can be selected; the default setting
is "5". If you select "0", no reminders will be generated.
Once the specified time limit is reached, the system will keep sending
reminders until the backup is made.
Reminders will be displayed when starting the program and in the
backup window.
Text box Description
5 Click on [OK] to save the data.
The Home page will be displayed.
